Nolan returned this past weekend from his third round of chemo.

Over the past month he has gone back and forth to the hospital in Atlanta to have another bleed stopped in his brain. He has many ordeals over these past weeks. And is first to say "I am getting better every day".

As of this weekend, he still can not eat, but for a bite of something here and there.. It has been since the Friday at Atlanta Motor Speedway (March 5th) since Nolan has been able to eat anything. He has a tube they are feeding him through.  I ask him what he might like to eat one day it was a frosty from Wendy's so I took them all frosties..  Another it was chicken nuggets from Chic fil A.. So they got nuggets.  He tries to eat.. It just comes back up.

The chemo makes everything taste terrible to him. He has been throwing up so much they have put him back on a medication that has steroids in it to try to stop the vomiting. If it doesn't work they are taking him off of it quickly.

Through out the whole time I met this amazing little boy he has been so upbeat. His attitude is fantastic.

He is still hoping to meet Carl Edwards. He is one of his favorite people.. His other favorite is: Sponge Bob. So I would say this is a pretty exclusive group..

He was fitted for and has recieved braces for his legs. He is using them now about two to three hours a day. They are working him up to six to eight hours a day.

Nolan has three brothers ( all younger) and an older sister. His mom is truly an amazing young mom. Through out it all.. she remains positve and upbeat. She has help of family and area churches.

Just recently the Georgia Tech Men's Tennis Team has adopted Nolan. He got to meet them and watch them play. He has so many new big brothers. The players and coaches have been amazing.
